Step 2
Remove 2 8mm screws on throttle cover and set to side
Step 3
Remove 2 8mm bolts holding throttle linkage and remove cables and spring from throttle body.
Step 4
Remove 4 10mm bolts holding throttle body and disconnect T.P. sensor and place throttle body to side
Step 5
Remove gasket and clean your EGR Ports ,see them all carboned up.
While there check pcv tube hose they go bad a lot so change it and the PCV Valve as preventive maintenance
Step 6
Now time to change DPFE Sensor, you see it back there. Use long trim tool to release hoses if they tear you need to replace wit special hose if you use vacuum line they will melt and you have to go through all this again.
Step 7
Remove 2 8mm nuts and replace with updated sensor.
Step 8
Reinstall all, drive to auto parts store and return EGR Valve they sold you without diagnosing concern properly. Easiest way to check is put vacuum to EGR Valve if it holds vacuum and engine rpm does not change chances are it has clogged EGR Ports.
